Each item is designed specifically to your order. We take care and attention to creating each piece individually, ensuring optimal quality from the moment you place your order.

• The manufacturing cycle encompasses customization based on your preferences, rigorous quality verification to ensure that the products reach our customers in perfect condition, and finally packaging. Since each piece is made to order, it is necessary to allow an interval for its creation before shipping.
• The estimated shipping time is based on the period from the time your order leaves our warehouse until it is received at the address indicated.

Manufacturing and shipping time may differ depending on the product selected and delivery destination. It is important to note that these durations are approximate.

Note: 
* The above time frame is only applied for standard shipping domestic orders.
* In peak season, your parcel may arrive later than expected delivery. 
* In case your order needs to be held for detailed modifications, please kindly add 3-5 extra days to the “Production time”.

Specific shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. 

• Domestic Standard Shipping: The shipping fee starts from $7.65, depending on the state and shipping method you choose. Free shipping for all orders over $80 include Zone 1 – United States (52 of 62 states).
• Domestic express shipping: We offer express shipping for domestic orders only starting from $12.65. 
• International standard shipping:  We offer international shipping starting from $7.65 for most of our products except for Pillow, Acrylic Print and Peel & Stick Poster.

Change Shipping Address
You can Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will change the address for you.
Note: We cannot change your shipping address from a US domestic address to an international address or vice versa.

Wrong Address
Please ensure you provide the correct address during checkout as we are not responsible if your order is shipped to the wrong address. For orders returned due to incorrect addresses, we require you to pay a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
If you contact the last-mile carrier and ask them to forward or redirect your package after the order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Please note that if you change your mind or do not want the product after purchase, the order can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after placing the order. (Because after 2 hours, we will submit the product information to the factory workshop for production)

If the estimated arrival date is exceeded or there are any shipping issues with the order, you need to submit an application within 30 days of the delivery date to get a refund or replacement. Please Contact us and we will handle this for you.

* Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
* We cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
* For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. There’s no extra charge for this.
* All orders are shipped from our factory partner in the US.
